Car Owners,

We thank you for allowing the brides & grooms to enjoy your classic on their special day!  As someone who rented a '56 Bel Air on our wedding night we will be forever grateful to the owner for giving us the perfect finish to a wonderful night!

There are two different options you can choose to list your car with us: as a Professional Driver (choose your own rates) or the Weekend Driver (top dollar tips only).  You get paid for either one but the two options differ for insurance purposes.  If you are wanting to name your price, and treat this more like a side job then you'll need proper insurance to make sure you're covered.  You'll need to check with your insurance company before signing up for this option.  The second option is for those of you who don't mind chauffeuring for a tip.  Insurance companies will usually allow you to chauffeur as many weddings as you want without upgrading if you aren't getting paid a set amount but a voluntary amount by the bride & groom.  We try to prep our customers on what a good tip would be and we STRONGLY encourage certain amounts but we cannot require a certain amount due to insurance.  At the end of the day it's all about the bride & groom and the people there to enjoy your beautiful classic. 

Professional Driver - Fixed Rates

Name Your Price: You tell us how much you want for basic jobs and your rate for additional time. 

Special Insurance Required: Most insurance companies will require you to have a commercial policy in order to charge a certain rate for jobs.  Please check with your insurance provider.




Weekend Driver - Tips Only

Paid by Tips Only: You tell us how much you prefer to receive and we will try to get this for you but it will ultimately be up to the bride & groom to tip you.

    Car-Owner Listing Application

    Year / Make / Model / Color / Awards / Achievements / etc...
    Professional: The minimum you would like to charge for a basic pick up and drop off. Weekend Driver: The preferred minimum you would like to receive for a basic pick up and drop off. It will be our goal to get them to tip this amount but it cannot be guaranteed because of insurance.
    Include driving from your front door to the event and back. If you live outside of the listed city (Tulsa) then this is very important, so we know how much to calculate depending on the venue location.
    How much do you want to charge for extra mileage? ($2-$5/mile suggested)

How to Sign Up...

To the right is the application to officially sign up as one of our drivers.  Please upload professional photos of your car, list any awards and achievements your car has won, describe any previous wedding jobs you've done in the past, and description of the car (like an advertisement), and the base price you charge for a nightly rental (this will be the starting price for any other services they can add on to).

Common Questions:

Q: How much will I make per job?  
A: You tell us.  You decide how much it's worth to you for a two hour (or less) job with local transportation.  Additional prices can be negotiated with the Bride/Groom if they are wanting you for more than that.  

Q: What type of insurance do I need?  
A: Insurance differs from company to company as well as your location.  You'll need to check with your insurance provider to make sure you are covered for commercial use.
